1. Our Services

AfroAsia Pathways provides professional guidance, consulting, and support services to students, graduates, professionals, organisations, and institutions. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

Scholarship search, matching, and application support.
University, college, and vocational admissions guidance.
Study abroad planning and pathway advice.
Career coaching and employability support.
CV, résumé, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile reviews.
Personal statement, motivation letter, and statement of purpose (SOP) guidance.
Interview preparation and coaching
Research proposal and academic writing guidance.
Internship, fellowship, exchange, conference, and leadership program support.
International job search and career pathway guidance.
Visa information, pre-departure, settlement, and relocation guidance (where applicable).
Professional development, mentoring, and coaching.
Training workshops, webinars, and capacity-building programs.
Consultancy services for educational institutions, organisations, and partners.
Information on global opportunities, including scholarships, grants, competitions, and fellowships.

Our services are advisory and educational in nature. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, AfroAsia Pathways does not guarantee admission to an institution, the award of a scholarship, employment, visa approval, funding, or selection into any program.

2. Bookings and Payments

Payment is required before the commencement of any paid consultation or service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation. AfroAsia Pathways is not responsible for delays, refusals, or unsuccessful applications resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the client.

4. No Guarantee of Success

While we are committed to providing high-quality professional support, application outcomes are determined by universities, employers, scholarship providers, immigration authorities, and other third parties. We cannot guarantee: Admission to any institution, Scholarship awards, Employment offers, Visa approvals Interview invitations, or Selection into programs

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a consultation by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in the consultation being forfeited. AfroAsia Pathways reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Where this occurs, an alternative appointment will be offered.

6. Refunds

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Fees paid for services already delivered, completed consultations, or work that has commenced are generally non-refundable. If AfroAsia Pathways is unable to provide the agreed service, an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement may be offered.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle personal information confidentially. Information shared during consultations will not be disclosed to third parties unless: required by law; authorised by you; or necessary to deliver the requested service. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Intellectual Property

All reports, templates, resources, guides, and materials provided by AfroAsia Pathways remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.These materials are provided for your personal use only and must not be copied, distributed, sold, or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfroAsia Pathways shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from: application outcomes; decisions made by third-party organisations; delays caused by external institutions; changes to immigration, education, scholarship, or employment policies; or reliance on information provided through our services.

10. Ethical Conduct

AfroAsia Pathways maintains a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, corruption, bribery, misrepresentation, and unethical conduct. Clients are expected to provide genuine documents and truthful information at all times. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where fraudulent or unethical conduct is suspected.

11. Complaints

We are committed to delivering our services with integrity, professionalism, transparency, and accountability. If you wish to submit feedback, make a complaint, or report suspected misconduct, please contact us. We will investigate concerns fairly and confidentially.

12. Changes to These Terms

AfroAsia Pathways may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this website and will take effect from the date of publication.
